After 18 years of a high pressure career working in the City, I decided to follow my true passion for working with people to help them achieve their Health and Fitness goals. I have over 25 years experience training with weights, and I am certified with a REPs level 3 Personal Training Diploma. ‘My personal, patient approach is designed with you in mind and will support, inspire and motivate you to live a fitter, stronger and healthier life, enabling you to enjoy it more.’
